1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date .
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that certain products, such as customized or installed smart home systems, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

 2.How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@maghrabismartsolutions.com or 010 01112466 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days .
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@maghrabismartsolutions.com or 010 01112466 . We may require photos or a description of the issue to process your claim. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective:

  • Software or digital downloads that have been activated or used.
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

8. Warranty Information
